About Us
After 19 years of working as a nursing home administrator, Jill Hames went in a new direction. The industry and her passion for providing great care to older adults were the same, but the result was much different. Jill's new concept was to provide an even higher quality of care, in a comfortable environment that doesn't just feel like home. It is home.
The result was Meadowlark, one of the first Home Plus facilities in the state of Kansas.
There are now more than 100 Home Plus homes in the state of Kansas, and Meadowlark Adult Care Homes owns and operates four of them in quiet, cozy west Wichita neighborhoods.
